Supervision plays a key role in the trainee's progress toward certification as a CBT therapist.
Therefore, it is important to clearly understand and discuss the components of bioenergetic supervision. Some common features of supervision in psychology, social work and bioenergetic analysis are outlined. Aspects of supervision unique to bioenergetic analysis are identified. The article concludes with an exercise to help the reader become familiar with some of the concepts presented in bioenergetic analysis. This article represents a first attempt to contribute to this debate.
